Responsibility

  • Develop and execute the company’s branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, brochures, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement creative campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and external creative partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the company’s visual identity, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and brand voice, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure branding efforts support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of branding initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future creative strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, creative direction, or a similar role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including design, copywriting, and campaign concepts.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or in-house creative teams is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are advantageous.
