Responsibility
- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance company visibility and reputation in the food processing industry.
- Create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Organize and coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns to engage target audiences.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content creation.
