Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI and conversion rates.
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Create and execute content marketing plans, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing (certifications in Google Ads/Meta are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
