Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic brand initiatives to increase app adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features, campaigns, and product launches.
- Conduct brand analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage user insights and data analytics to refine targeting and personalization strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI-driven allocations across channels.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align brand messaging with user needs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention rates) to measure campaign success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record in driving app growth, retention, and engagement in a fintech or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Experience with budget planning, performance marketing, and A/B testing.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
