Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) and adjust strategies to optimize reach and conversions.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify content and expand audience reach.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage content calendars, editorial workflows, and publishing schedules to ensure consistency.
- Assist in paid social campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging, error-free content.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media and content.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Insights, or similar tools to track performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, visual design, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
