Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) through organic and paid campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals and promotional calendars.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaign activities, including influencer partnerships, webinars, and product launches.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, SEMrush).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful campaigns or content.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and budget management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines in a remote/hybrid setting.
