Responsibility
- Develop and implement product strategies tailored to the Chinese student market, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, student needs, and competitive landscapes in Chinaâs education sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to localize product offerings and messaging for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, user engagement) to refine product features and campaigns.
- Act as the primary liaison for Chinese partners, agents, and students, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the tech team to enhance platform usability for Mandarin users, including UI/UX adjustments and content localization.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting market insights, progress, and ROI of China-focused initiatives.
- Stay updated on regulatory and cultural nuances affecting student recruitment in China and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of market analysis, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization platforms.
- Experience working with Chinese markets, students, or international recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
