Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including corporate conferences, product launches, networking sessions, and community activations, ensuring they align with company goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative) and external vendors to coordinate logistics, budgets, timelines, and resources for seamless event execution.
  • Develop creative event concepts and themes that engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility in the Bali market and beyond.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective and high-impact outcomes.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, coordination of staff, and troubleshooting to ensure a flawless attendee experience.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to continuously innovate and elevate our events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in a corporate, agency, or marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing events of varying scales, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences or product launches.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing unique and engaging event experiences.
  • Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for events as needed.
