Responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and to create a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
