Responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align social media campaigns with product launches and updates.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth) and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and product promotions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing tools and best practices to optimize content delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Creative mindset with skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for product development and the ability to translate technical details into engaging content.
