Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) to refine strategies and improve campaign efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage budget allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance advertising and traffic acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads (certifications are a plus).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a knack for A/B testing and conversion optimization.
