Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales for fashion accessories.
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, influencer partnerships, and digital ads).
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to align marketing efforts with trend forecasts and collections.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaign performance.
- Produce high-quality content (copy, visuals, videos) tailored to target audiences in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, retailers, and media outlets to expand reach.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate events, pop-ups, and promotions to enhance brand experience and drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or accessories.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, email platforms).
- Exceptional creative and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Bali’s fashion market and local consumer behavior is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
