Responsibility

  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to align marketing efforts with trend forecasts and collections.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Produce high-quality content (copy, visuals, videos) tailored to target audiences in Bali and beyond.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, retailers, and media outlets to expand reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate events, pop-ups, and promotions to enhance brand experience and drive foot traffic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or accessories.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, email platforms).
  • Exceptional creative and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
