Responsibility
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and create action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear, measurable objectives for team members.
- Identify and address skill gaps through targeted coaching and development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and motivating team culture that encourages collaboration and continuous growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, team leadership, or mentoring roles, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent training and presentation skills, with a track record of developing successful sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for brand building and a deep understanding of customer-centric sales approaches.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
