Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and digital content.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development (2+ years for Associate, 5+ for Senior Associate).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
