Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic promotional plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in assigned regions (Bali).
- Lead and supervise a team of promoters to ensure effective execution of campaigns, events, and in-store activations.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional performance using KPIs, sales data, and market feedback to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align promotional activities with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgets and resources allocated for promotional activities, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and local partners to expand market reach.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, promotions, or brand management, preferably in FMCG or healthcare.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising promotional staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and promotional management tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
