Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials, including digital and print content.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars to engage target audiences effectively.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
