Responsibility
- Develop and execute TikTok affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and sales.
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, influencers, and creators to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and affiliate tracking tools.
- Create compelling content briefs, promotional materials, and UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies tailored for TikTok’s algorithm.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with affiliate networks, brands, and partners to secure exclusive deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to adapt strategies in real-time.
- Generate detailed reports on KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising, with a focus on TikTok or short-form video platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, including trends, hashtags, and the Creator Marketplace.
- Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale) or in-house programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools) to track and interpret campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
