Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of beauty and content trends to create relevant and engaging campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management to foster brand loyalty.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer and brand partnerships to amplify reach and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various platforms (social media, blogs, videos, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for digital content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
