Responsibility
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, and TikTok to achieve KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests (creatives, copy, audiences), and adjust bids/strategies in real time.
- Audience & Funnel Strategy: Develop targeted audience segments, lookalike audiences, and full-funnel strategies (awareness to conversion).
- Budget Allocation: Manage monthly ad spend efficiently, reallocating budgets to top-performing channels and campaigns.
- Reporting & Insights: Create weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Landing Page & UX Collaboration: Work with design/UX teams to improve post-click experiences and conversion rates.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales, content, and product teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with business goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years in Performance Marketing: Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with a portfolio of successful ROAS/lead-gen results.
- Analytics & Tools: Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb.
- Data Literacy: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with SQL or Python (a plus).
- Creative Testing: Experience designing and testing ad creatives (static, video, carousel) and copywriting for high-conversion ads.
- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Agile Mindset: Ability to adapt quickly to algorithm changes, market shifts, and new platforms.
- Communication: Fluent English (written/verbal) with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly.
- Remote Collaboration: Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setting with teams across time zones.
