This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of ₱45,000 – ₱60,000 per month, along with the chance to work in one of Southeast Asia’s most inspiring locations.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
- Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign targeting and bidding strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party analytics platforms to maximize ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy, A/B test creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and SEO) to ensure alignment between paid campaigns and broader marketing objectives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and innovate ad strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to meet KPIs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, SA360) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy and present data-driven insights.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
