Responsibility

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for modern (retail, e-commerce) and traditional (wholesale, distributors) markets.
  • Identify, engage, and retain key accounts to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Bali’s diverse regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and ROI for marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or key account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience in both modern and traditional trade channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, sales reports, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
