Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and customer engagement across Bali’s key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as market share, customer perception, and sales data, to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and influencers, to amplify brand reach and impact.
  • Lead brand-related projects, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Additional languages are a plus.
