Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 28 years (as per company policy).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel within Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta) as needed.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
