Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to optimize performance and report insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a community-driven online presence.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects (e.g., product launches, events) to ensure seamless social media integration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content, campaign results, and audience growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Insights, or similar tools to track performance.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
