Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of SMT machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SMT equipment and production lines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for record-keeping.
- Assist in the training of new technicians and operators on SMT equipment and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SMT Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of SMT machines, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
