Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics personnel to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment deliveries.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse safety, security, and compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize processes, and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with management to forecast demand, plan resources, and support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS), logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices for warehouse safety and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certifications in logistics, warehouse management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD), or forklift operation are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
