Responsibility
- Lead and manage the SMT and PCBA production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of SMT and PCBA equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase production yield.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT and PCBA manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of SMT and PCBA processes, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization and quality control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
