Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automated material handling systems (AMHS) to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AMHS with existing production systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AMHS designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to operational teams on AMHS usage and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all AMHS-related activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and material handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated material handling systems.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
