Responsibility
- Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, for diverse projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy efficiency analyses to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, civil engineers, project managers) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI) and safety standards.
- Oversee the procurement of electrical components and coordinate with vendors for material sourcing.
- Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for building services, power systems, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or Dialux and other electrical design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical regulations (PLN standards) and international codes (IEC, NEC).
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
