Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for store construction, renovations, and fit-outs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to streamline project execution and resolve potential risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Ensure seamless handover of completed projects to operations teams, including documentation and training as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in project delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail, commercial, or hospitality construction.
- Proven track record of managing multiple high-value projects (USD 500K+) simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required for project oversight.
