Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned key accounts in the semiconductor, display, and industrial sectors
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of vacuum valve solutions, from market analysis to end-of-life planning
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and product improvements
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen relationships
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and value propositions for key accounts
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Represent VAT Group at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred), Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, key account management, or business development in the semiconductor, vacuum technology, or industrial equipment sectors
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical products and driving business growth with key accounts
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product specifications
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and business case development
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term business goals
