Responsibility
- Develop and review civil and structural engineering designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates for clients and management.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve engineering challenges, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or SAP2000.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocode).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
