Responsibility
- Evaluate and optimize SMT processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor operating systems for the SMT department, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SMT equipment and production lines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular audits and performance assessments of SMT systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for reference and training purposes.
- Stay updated with advancements in SMT and MI technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures in all SMT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SMT processes, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using SMT equipment and software tools for process monitoring and optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in SMT and MI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in SMT or related fields is a plus.
