Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission industrial lighting and optical systems at client sites.
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for complex optical and lighting systems.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement system improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field operations.
- Travel to various locations within Bali and occasionally other regions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in industrial lighting or optical technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of optical systems, lighting controls, and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
