Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, assessing their water system needs and recommending optimal solutions.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment, filtration, and distribution systems.
- Conduct on-site inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design customized water solutions for diverse applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on service activities, system performance, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in water management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment, filtration systems, or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical knowledge of water system components, including pumps, filters, and control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to water quality and safety.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system monitoring and analysis.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
