Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of solar PV, battery storage, and hybrid energy systems from conception to commissioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and system sizing to optimize energy output and cost efficiency.
- Oversee installation, testing, and troubleshooting of solar and energy storage systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, permits, and performance reports.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, stakeholders, and field teams on system operation and maintenance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in renewable energy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Licensed engineer is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar energy project engineering, installation, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of PV system design, battery storage technologies, and grid integration.
- Proficiency in CAD software, energy modeling tools (e.g., PVsyst, HOMER), and project management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines in remote or field settings.
- Familiarity with local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and permitting processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and other regions as needed.
