Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the SME client portfolio.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure the viability of proposed financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient banking services to clients.
- Monitor and review client accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of SME banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
