As a Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in educating clients about our diverse range of life insurance products, assessing their financial needs, and providing expert recommendations. Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.
  • Present and explain Astra Life’s insurance products, including term life, whole life, and investment-linked policies, in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Develop personalized financial plans and insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive follow-ups, relationship management, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide accurate advice.
  • Collaborate with the team to participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Document client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali.
  • Familiarity with insurance products or financial planning is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
  • Possess or willing to obtain an AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) certification.
