As a Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in educating clients about our diverse range of life insurance products, assessing their financial needs, and providing expert recommendations. Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.
- Present and explain Astra Life’s insurance products, including term life, whole life, and investment-linked policies, in a clear and compelling manner.
- Develop personalized financial plans and insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive follow-ups, relationship management, and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with the team to participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Document client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali.
- Familiarity with insurance products or financial planning is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Possess or willing to obtain an AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) certification.
