Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes.
- Represent Quality Choices Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
