Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including enterprises, SMEs, and government sectors.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent JESS Technology at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in tech, IT solutions, or B2B sales).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience in client relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia and Southeast Asia for client meetings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and tech industry is highly advantageous.
