Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s corporate, SME, and digital markets to expand JESS Technology’s client portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Bali and Southeast Asia.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the technology, IT services, or digital solutions sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia/Malay is a plus).
- Deep understanding of market dynamics in Southeast Asia, with familiarity with Bali’s business ecosystem a advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel to Bali or other regional markets as needed.
