Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to drive B2B sales performance.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the SMB segment.
- Conduct regular product training and enablement sessions for partner sales teams to ensure effective solution selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine channel strategies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to launch promotional campaigns tailored to SMB needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management on channel health and pipeline development.
- Resolve partner escalations promptly to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B channel sales, partnership management, or telecommunications sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex business partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the SMB market landscape and digital transformation solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
