As a Channel Manager, you will not just manage relationships; you will act as a strategic advisor to your partners, enabling them to effectively position Maxis’s suite of digital and telecommunications products. You will play a key role in accelerating revenue targets, refining sales strategies, and ensuring that our SMB clients receive unparalleled value. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to drive B2B sales performance.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the SMB segment.
  • Conduct regular product training and enablement sessions for partner sales teams to ensure effective solution selling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to launch promotional campaigns tailored to SMB needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management on channel health and pipeline development.
  • Resolve partner escalations promptly to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B channel sales, partnership management, or telecommunications sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex business partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB market landscape and digital transformation solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
