Responsibility

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone trends, promotions, and technical specifications to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with efficiency and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of smartphone brands, features, and market trends is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional local languages are a bonus).
