Responsibility

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone trends, specifications, and industry developments to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with efficiency and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory is well-stocked and promotions are effectively communicated.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of smartphone brands, operating systems (iOS/Android), and technical specifications.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
