Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting smartphones and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products and upselling complementary items.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest smartphone models, specifications, and industry trends.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and related accessories.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
