Responsibility
- Assist guests with slot machine operations, including payouts, ticket redemptions, and general inquiries.
- Monitor slot floor activities to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and resort policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting gaming environment.
- Perform routine checks on slot machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of gaming events and promotions as needed.
- Uphold security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of gaming operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or gaming is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or gaming environment is preferred.
