Responsibility
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Handle bookings via our application and other platforms, confirming reservations and providing necessary information.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Assist with membership registrations, renewals, and inquiries, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee merchandise sales, including stock management, inventory checks, and adherence to SOP for stock opname.
- Perform daily closing of cash registers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Act as a host for the club, greeting guests, providing information about facilities, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with padel court bookings and provide basic information about the sport to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of padel or a willingness to learn about the sport.
- Proficiency in using booking applications and basic office software.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
