Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of hospitality staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
- Monitor floor activities, including guest interactions, staff performance, and adherence to service standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B, front desk) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, including supplies and equipment, to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of responsibility.
- Assist in performance evaluations, scheduling, and staff development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality (hotels, resorts, or restaurants).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain high service standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of hospitality software (e.g., PMS, POS systems) and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
