Responsibility

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the property and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in managing guest feedback and reviews to improve service quality.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are conducted with courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using hospitality management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
