Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Seiya Ramen’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages to meet our brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other bar supplies, and report shortages to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new beverage recipes, and best practices in barista techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk frothing.
- Familiarity with Japanese beverages (e.g., matcha, hojicha) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
